Join us at Closson Chase Vineyards for an afternoon of creativity, wine, and beautifully crafted bites set against the backdrop of our South Clos vineyard. The Art of Charcuterie Experience is hosted in collaboration with Closson Chase Vineyard and Susan McGuire of Bark Woodshop.

You’ll learn the art of composition and flavour while creating your own board using locally sourced ingredients, all paired with Closson Chase wines in a relaxed, vineyard setting. As part of the experience, you’ll design your board on a handcrafted Bark Woodshop piece, which you’ll take home and enjoy long after the day is done.
